Volicity athlete jump setting during volleyball competition
01How does an athlete get started?

Begin with a training inquiry and a short conversation about the athlete’s goals, volleyball schedule, and needs. New athletes then complete a performance evaluation before regular training begins.

02Where does training take place?

Private training takes place by appointment at 5999 De Zavala Rd in San Antonio, Texas.

03What does the performance evaluation include?

The $59 evaluation reviews goals, training history, volleyball schedule, movement, jump performance, strength, and physical capacity. It establishes a baseline and recommended training path.

04What is Hybrid Performance?

Hybrid includes one private coached session and one individualized independent workout each week. The independent session is delivered through the training app with exercise demonstrations, sets, reps, loads, and targets.

05What happens to a missed session?

Unused session credits remain available for six weeks from the date they are issued. Rescheduling is subject to coaching and facility availability.

06What should an athlete bring?

Athletes should bring athletic shoes, comfortable training clothes, water, and any relevant schedule or medical information that may affect training.

07Is this volleyball coaching?

No. Volicity provides volleyball-specific strength and conditioning. Training develops physical qualities such as strength, jumping, movement, and durability; it does not replace team practice or skill coaching.

08Can training change during the season?

Yes. Programming is adjusted around practices, matches, tournaments, fatigue, and the athlete’s current phase of the season.

09Does an athlete need lifting experience?

No. Training is adjusted to the athlete’s experience, movement ability, and current physical capacity.

10Is online training available?

Yes. Online Performance provides individualized remote strength and conditioning for athletes who cannot consistently train in San Antonio.

Final scheduling, payment, waiver, and cancellation terms are confirmed during onboarding before training begins.
